Or maybe on the wheel end but mine was on the clocks. I bought one a few years ago for my nc30 jap import to convert kmh to mph and was quite an expensive bit of kit, cost me around £100 so if that is the case you could probably sell it if you can put it on eBay France or anywhere in Europe.</p>

I don't think your problem is a restriction problem, only starting on full throttle from hot? Maybe fuelling or maybe compression? Sounds like your bike is a full power unrestricted french import.</p>

Even with the derestrictions you can still expect problems.</p>
<p dir="auto">Get yourself an aftermarket CDI and all those problems will go away and it'll fly through the gears.</p>

Also the powervalve is pinned open so after about 6k it sort of comes alive. Is your powervalve working ok?</p>
