My solution is to use the tightening ring fitted to an angle grinder (with a socket on top)…</p>

<p dir="auto">Make sure to sticky out side is up so you don’t damage the inner of the bearing.</p>
<p dir="auto">Then use a socket on top as usual. A little bit of heat helps 😜 …</p>

<p dir="auto">I do this as well, it’s just that the outer race  on these is so thin that the slightest slip buggers up the rubber seal.<br />
I learnt this the hard way 😐</p>
