Dt125r Rear axle and front brake problemsokay thank you, I wasn't sure because in every diagram and on all dt's i've looked at that spindle goes in on the sprocket side and the nut goes on the brake side but this one was the other way. any ideas on how to fix the brake situation ?

Dt125r Rear axle and front brake problems-I recently got a 2002 dtr 125 and have noticed that the rear axle was put in the wrong side, I have since been trying to get it out and it's completely stuck, the wheel spins freely but the axle will not come out. I am really reluctant to get it blow torched out as I don't have the money to replace the hub and I don't have the ability to put a new hub on myself. I have been using plus gas and wd down the axle in attempts to free it but it won't budge. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could get this out without taking a torch to it. I really need to get it off as it needs a new back disc and caliper rebuild.
-On the same dt I checked the front brake calipers and the seal was fucked. So i ordered a rebuild kit but the piston won't come out. It is completely locked and no matter how much bleeding I do I cannot get it out. Any advice ?

SprocketsHey everyone I'm looking to change my sprockets on a seconds hand dt with no sprockets that i picked up. Does anyone have any sprocket rations and chains they would recommend.

'02 DT125R power valveA few months ago my rear power valve cable (2) snapped. I then replaced the cable, as you do, now the servo will not line up with the hole no matter how much i adjust either cables, at the moment the rear cable is all the way out and the front is all the way in as this makes the holes line up as much as possible. However now the power valve opens at around 7k rpm when it used to open at 6k, the bike also used to get to 9k rpm red line however now i'm lucky to get it to 8k.
I have searched long and hard looking for a way to fix this but haven't found anything (tried the drill bit trick and didn't work) so could anybody on here help out in any way

DTR 125 new piston ?@Calum The servo still moves it when the ignition turn on however the powerband opens up earlier than usual.

DTR 125 new piston ?@Calum I've felt around the connections and I couldn't feel a leakage, No scratches on the piston or barrel either.

DTR 125 new piston ?@Calum There is no rattle at all, could there still be a possibility of a new piston ? Or could I just need to re pack my end can ? As the bike was bought second hand with the exhaust system already on it I cannot tell you how many miles it has been used for.

DTR 125 new piston ?@Calum I believe so. It's the same power band that has been installed for the last 1500 miles (in which it has been running fine) the bike has also lost the signature "brap" a 2 stroke usually has.

DTR 125 new piston ?Today I was riding home when my dt lifted, then went back down (without any loud noise, bang or anything). After that my bike has now got extreme amounts of pull, what feels like a very small power-band at the most and sounds like that of a 4 stroke engine, the bike sounds deeper and the engine feels a lot softer than it used to. Could this be a sign that I will need a new piston or could it just be an air leak ?
