@SpookDog well I don’t know what to say lads but i put the 2006 flywheel and stator + outside casing onto the 1991 and it kicked up first time but kept cutting out witch i found was a loose connection on a wire from stator. sorted that and its running fine. I was blasting it around field yesterday. So it looks like it works.

DTR stator plate@andyjack sorry forgot to mention while i was messing with flywheels i noticed both engine codes at side of head flywheel side are the same perhaps thats why they fit. Only difference is the holes for the starter motor assembly are not cut out on the 91 crank case but i can live without electric start. Thanks for you advice tho lads. Appreciate it.
