@NosmokeNopoke You should be able to get any 428 pitch chain and the rear sprocket should be fairy universal. The front sprocket needs to fit onto the output shaft but to be honest unless you have overly modified the bike you should be fine buying stock. I find it easier to buy my chain and sprockets as a kit. Something like this would be fine for you:
