Thank you very much! I never even thought of checking the Haynes manual for that spec!

Reed Valve Stops -
Reed Valve StopsHi,
Just had the reed valve cage out my 1990 Dt125R and the reed stops are both different distances from the cage...Does anyone have the correct clearance??
Thank you in advance!

Front caliper on rear?Hi,
I rebuilt my front caliper (1990 DT125R) last year and have just come to do the rear today as part of a very long and ongoing restoration project!
However, the rear caliper has obviously been replaced with a front DT125R caliper as it has the larger piston and the circlip...so I was just wondering if anyone had come across this before? I'm assuming it won't be problematic as it worked OK prior to me taking the bike to bits.
Maybe a previous owner thought a bigger piston would be an upgrade on the rear brake?! It's just annoying as I had purchased the genuine rebuild kit and now can't use it!

Autolube rebuldHi,
I am in the process of rebuilding my 1990 DT125R which I have owned for around 2 years now. The head gasket went and I decided to completely strip the bike down and rebuild from the bottom up.
The previous owner had decided to remove the oil pump and I had been running on premix. However, I know wish to refit the oil pump. I have purchased a second hand pump, oil tank and sender.
I took the pump apart to have a look inside and subsequently forgot which way a couple of the washers inside went!
I wonder if anyone has a technical drawing or previous experience of taking one apart as I want to make sure I have put back together correctly.
Cheers,
James
