Like Calum mentioned to me, they are universal so in theory should fit to any bike. I have had one or two problems fitting this particular one to my MT-03 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261902725031?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
But these issues shouldn't occur with a DT. However they may send different parts in the kit anyway when you tell them what bike you have.

Speedo works like a bicycle with a magnet, rev counter is just a wire that wraps around your spark plug cable and magically works, and the temp gauge will either be a bolt that goes into the top of your rad, a copper clip that sits inside the fins of the radiator, OR a block that sits inline with the hoses for the coolant loop.

Wiring up the dash lights is the lengthy bit if you choose to order that particular kit, as you must know what wires operate which lights.

The rpm isn't magical at all. Works exactly the same way as the speedo does. It measures flux, usually one pulse per ignition and translates that to rpm.
