So we're seeing this a lot recently.

The common scenario's we're finding is that the CDI's are starting to fail.

Can be a costly thing to try.

I'd would pin the valve open for now. See if you're getting full power.

EDIT: I've renamed this thread to be more helpul.

Just a friendly reminder, we're not paid to help you.

You've just come on here, not even introduced yourself and expect members to help you. Remember we do this because this is our passion.

If you're going to be rude/impatient, then take your bike to a mechanic and spend £1000's getting them to sort it out.

Members will chime in if they have something to offer, but don't force it down their throats please.

      Cheers,

      Calum

@timprice not the most knowledgeable but I’d be inclined to think it is the CDI but don’t take my opinion as law

My powervalve would go through the cleaning process but not move once the bike was started. Got another cdi unit and it then worked great so I would go for a cdi unit. When I started mine it went to the close position and stayed there no matter how much I revved it.

@timprice Borut got back to me straight away. Bsre in mind they are like Polish and on a different time zone. No I ordered mine from Spa Motorcycles Cheltenham. But I have emailed them directly and always got back to be soon enough. Within 24hrs I'd say.
