    Hi Ryan,
Just checked through some old photos of my RD350LC I had in the 80s with a Stan Stephen's stage 4 barrel porting on it, head lapped to the barrel, microns, KnN pod filters and running on 4 star and it was on a std rad.
Thrashed everywhere the temp was in normal limits.

      Hi Ryan,
Something that just entered the old grey matter, is the rad cap the correct one, in good condition and is it rated for UK ambient conditions?

If you're not able to get the system at the right pressure the water will overheat and you will have cooling issues. It could be worth splashing out on a new genuine rad cap.

      Cheers

@ryanjimccfc Is it in good condition, could be worth trying another one to ensure you're getting the correct pressure.

@mhbikesnbits Yamaha DT 230 Lanza radiators.

I've finally got this running perfect now! Dead on 60 degrees under full load. So well happy about that.

Those Aluminium ones are not Lanza radiators.

I bought a set of those last year and to my dismay they are not even remotely the same. Not sure why they call them Lanza Radiators???

I have a DTRE and the fairings mount the same as the Lanza's, so R models won't be a direct fit, small bracket to hold the panels on. I actually welded on a bracket to improve the fitment.

As you can see, it's basically an RE.

You will want the mounting hardware for the Lanza radiators ideally. But once you have that, it's a direct fit onto the RE frame.

I got a set of these in aluminium and apparently they're from a DT 230 Lanza.

The radiator I have, the right one at least, is SUPER thin. Maybe I have an early variant etc. But the important bit is the mounting hardware.

@Calum hmm interesting it’s a option, got a lot of research to do on the radiator situation, my choices at the moment, source the Dt200r radiators, I also thought about buying a set of twin ally radiators and take them to a welder along with the dt brackets and say make me some new brackets with all these mounting points for on the frame and air scoops ect but weld new for these radiators and now these Lanza radiators could
                      Also be a option
