Unburnt oil from ypvs housing
-
I have a dtr 03 model fitted with Athena 170kit, Athena exhaust and 32mm flat side. And I keeps coming unburnt oil out of the power valve on the left side where the cables go in. I have a 122 jet now and before that i had the original carb with 300 jet at it just keeps coming oil. I have even tried changing all the o rings and seals on the powervalve but after a few rides I just keeps coming. I am also riding with 2% oil mix

Again...
You changed the seal as well as the o~rings. I don’t know if the Athena kit uses special or standard parts? 2 o~rings & 1 bush seal. These are the only parts that can be a problem...
Do you premix 50:1?...

@spookdog
Yes i mix 50:1 and i have tried changing The o seals with new ones and the red bushing all from Athena. It work for a little while after I changed it with new ones but after a while it seems like it builds up pressure and then blows everything out. -

Check your plug colour. I’m guessing you are running rich with a wet black plug. Cause at 50:1 all your oil is being burnt/used. It can only be excess fuel...
