So i have a Dtr125 98' and last time i was out riding the engine broke down on me and when i pulled the clutch the engine locked up completly. Since i study away from home my father picked it up and teared it apart and said the failing part was the lower conrod bearing which which also had the piston rings and crank bearings broken.
For context i have started riding between home and my school (400km) maybe 1 time every other month and therefore started bying cheaper 2 stroke oil to keep my bank numbers positive lol. Tho I think that is the reason behind all this. I better switch back to Castrol after all this.
But now to the problem. I dont have indicator gauges and stuff to balance my crank if i were to change the conrod bearing. So i looked over the internet for a complete crank to buy but with very little results. I found that racing crank at PJME. Is that any good, can I use it without power increasement.
What do you think is the best choice? I am actually concidering bying a new crank if I find one.
If I tend to buy a new crank where do I find one!?

I've not used aftermarket cranks on the DTR. Ultimately the bottom end isn't designed to last forever so it does depend on how it's been treated and used. PJME typically stock quality items, just make sure it's correct for your year of bike.
Looking at the price of them, I can't imagine they're being as good as the OEM ones, but should be fine to use. The DTR is pretty woefully powered so you should be fine.
Maybe others have had better experience than I though.
I typically would get someone to rebuild it for you, my local garage charges £30 and then spend the extra money getting a quality connecting rod.

@ThatAnton Those Jasil/TopRacing crankshafts from PJME are excellent, trued and ready to fit and seem pretty good quality. I used one to rebuild my '93 without any real issues, TBH I only rode the bike a few times before selling it but the new owner seems very happy with it 12 months later.
They only fit the DTR but if you have a DTRe, a company in France makes a shim to get the flywheel in the right place:
