RHS power valve cover/RH PV end bushing (1992 French import)?..

Any surprises when it comes to taking these off?
My PV has started to bind after the bike got dumped in the river, self cleaning cycle is slow and PV occasionally sticks open.
I've had the head off already when the bike was first recovered from the water so I know the main bit of the PV is clean, I know the LHS drive end is all clean, dry and lubed including the cables, and it was initially working fine after the recovery, but I get the feeling some water remained in the RHS bushing end and that it is now jamming up on that bushing as the steel gets surface corrosion and it is getting progressively worse especially with the bike being infrequently run.
I see I have to remove the exhaust, is it all straight forwards after that?

P.s. I take it this area is normally only lubricated by whatever un-burned 2T oil gets forced or seeps that way?

The right hand side houses the screw that threads the two halves together. There is nothing surprising about that.
Take care when removing as the screw holes can become brittle and are prone to cracking, so just gently pry the sides open.
I mean, two stroke to lubricate in the loosest possible sense. Unburnt two stroke is quite sticky, hence why the powervalve needs cleaning to ungum it up.
Splitting the powervalves can be a little frustrating in order to properly clean the system out.
