    Leave the flywheel alone. The TM28 is ok, DT200R uses the same with different jetting,so it's up to the task. Adding a power jet is a bonus if doesn't have integrated.
    Squish is ok and already needs minimum 96 octane as Athena mentions.

    I tempered with squish,height and combustion dome and now needs minimum 99+ from a good gas station, otherwise pinning heavily. Doesn't worth with gas prices.
    I plan to lower the compression and dome shape so be able to run 91 octane gas.

    I need my tools and a pile of junk.....

      @MadGyver im talking about the stock 3mb-00 cylinder asn the stock cylinder head i want to modd them for higher octane fuel for ex like 0.9 0.8 if its possible or a bit higher than the lowest safe squish and as for the carb i will maybe switch to another with the extra jet and the reeds, btw are you running 170cc kit or stock and if so did you feel a diference at power when adding work on the head dome and squish

        @eriondt125r Running an engine where only the crankshaft is stock and fitted with 170cc kit also tuned.
        The head tuning was done for fuel efficiency then power delivery in mind when gas prices where lower.
        Both where achieved at a cost.
        10lt (main tank,didn't measure the reserve) for 260kms up to 7k rpm,screaming bike up to 11.5k.
        Power/fun yes.
        Usability not so much, I have found only 2 gas stations out of 15 with in 20km radius from where I live,that have the appropriate fuel quality and 100 octane gas.

        A tuned 3MB head+cylinder is fun and quick. better than a stock 170 kit, overall no.
        A very tuned 170 is another level,between a stock 3ET and 3XP,dare to say.

        I need my tools and a pile of junk.....

              @MadGyver have a carb in a trade now a brand new mikuni tm30 with powerjet and some carbon reeds im thinking of doing that as for now what do you guys say

                The best place to get a Zeeltronic ignition is direct from the manufacturer, they ask you to send pictures of your connectors so they can custom make one that plugs straight into the CDI connectors on your wiring loom.

                I installed one on my '93 4BL with 3NC electrics and by taking power for the CDI from the brown wire (main feed on Yamahas) on the 3-wire servo connector and running a 5-wire servo, it's possible to install it without altering the main loom at all meaning you can revert back to the 3NC CDI/3-wire servo stock setup easily.

                Zeeltronic are very helpful and free with advice when you purchase a unit from them as well.

                  You can actually buy any PCDI-10VT and fit it on a DT, but it just takes more effort 🙂 The CDI is the same, but connectors differ.
                  A 3-wire servo can be gutted and converted to 5-wire. There are also 5-wire chinese 'replica' servo's sold on aliexpress, but they are also a bit expensive (just under 100EUR form memory). I use gutted RC-servo's on two bikes with Zeel, and that works too. Basically it just needs two wires for the motor and three for the pot.
                  I use the RD350 Zeel on one bike (and a friend uses one too), and I ordered the same this time because it's cheaper 🙂 However the RD350-version has no connectors, so you have to use some generic connectors and replace the originals on the bike.

                    I found that the problem is delivery time when getting them directly, last time I asked it was months.. They are very good to deal with, and they were also willing to do a special version where the map-switch would change both ignition and power valve maps. I don't get why they have two PV maps, but only one is in use. I think both maps should be toggled when you 'flip the switch'. That would give two totally different engine characters with the map switch.

                      @HOTSHOT-III damn just did enduro on sunday and the bike shut off instantly its having electric problems im having a very weak spark the bike doesnt turn on at all tried bypassing the killswitch and the kickstand switch no result and now i want to check the pickup coil from the stator im not that good with electrics but im trying my best to find the problem
