Does anyone know the dimensions of front forks spacer and washer?

I wonder if these forks can suit on my 1999 DT125? And which year they are, I think that they could be from some newer model.

I'm sorry for my inactivity... Thanks, everyone for helping me out! I opened the power valve and removed the rubber tube that is on top of the airbox. Now the bike gets much more air and breathes as it should, it goes like a beast. THANKS, EVERYONE!!

@SpookDog So It is rebored but I don't now on how much because previous owner did it... But I don't belive it is too much... So the sound it makes on higher rpms is not that big deal?

@DTR-NSR Yea it looks much more open because of the angle...

@DTR-NSR you mean that I remove exhaust after doing that and check it in the exhaust port or am I supposed to check it on the side of the cylinder?

So the sound comes on higher RPMs when the valve is open I guess... Can I adjust it with cables on the side of the cylinder so there is less chance of hitting the piston or it is only possible with the cylinder off?
BTW sorry for my bad English...

@SpookDog It changed sound when I tried to adjust power valve... Maybe I should try to put it in position it was before.

No ... Very stupid mistake, Next time I'll take off the exhaust to check ...Never can't trust people I guess.

Btw is YVPS set good? Is it supposed to look like that in the cylinder?

I have it for about 3 months and it was like that when I bought it. It had 13-57 gearing so I thought it's because of that but when I bought 16t front sprocket then I noticed it's something wrong... The piston and bearings in the crankshaft are changed 400km ago...
