    Hi
    Im finding disagreeing information

    I have a 2000 dt125r, I recently just got it.

When I look online (and ask AI) it says it should rev past this, up to 10k rpm

But when my friend looks online he says it says this is what it is restricted to to meet the CBT limits.

I just want to make sure which one of us is correct. Ive just done new fuel and plug, went to do the gearbox fluid and the sumpbolt ths stretched and bent, fml, so I have one on order (as well as a carb kit )

Thank you both for the advice, im going to change all the fluids, new filter and plug and some fresh e5 fuel.

Ill see how it is after this as I wasn't able to find a carb kit, so dont want to pull the carb untill I can get a gasket really

    Hi everyone

    I got myself my first bike, a DT125 R.

It seems to have a issue reving past 6 6.5k, I think it was still cold and the choke was on, but he is adamant it was off. I was going to see if the pv was doing its cycle when turning the bike on

I have the parts to do a plug and fluid change but was wondering what else it could be?

    Any help appreciated
