Brought a Haynes manual for the wiring diagram and all looks ok which it’s obviously not

So to summarise On the last cdi plug there is a single brown in the loom which connects to the other browns and you can hear the power valve system on start up.
However this will cause the spark plug to not spark.
When removed the spark plug sparks 100% but no power valve.

It has to be the kill switch or side stand circuit. But all looks ok !!!

Watch this space,,. Need to get this fixed, driving me mad.

Have any of you got any photos of the wring on your DT125X?

Mine was covered in poor joins and crappy electrical tape.

There is a big group of black cables, neutrals I think. the joint was a solder join but very poor connection and caused the bike to cut out. I've cleaned up and tried to resolder with flux paste but it just wont take ??? I don't wanna use a choc block. any ideas?

next is the big group of browns, initially there was no spark on the plug. i found one of the browns coming from one of the top 3 cdi plugs was the cause.

I've removed this from where all the brown join and am now getting a spark on the plug but no YPVS when ignition turned. Any ideas where this cable belongs ?

Would really apprentice any comments or advise or even better some photos as I'm stuck !!!
