Does anyone know if this model has any restrictors such as a reed switch like tge later dtre/x electric start models? It tops out at around 75mph. Is that normal or can i get more from it by removing any restrictions if it even has any?? Many thanks in advance

You should be okay on that model, so long as it has the powervalve fitted.

Getting more out of it will be adding on extras like pipe, reeds and head work.

Who is doing your porting work? Make sure you get the head done at the same time. The majority of the power is made at the head.

No, the squish band needs to be altered to match the porting.
