Hey we all make silly mistakes bud, try not to beat yourself up about it.
If the flywheel wen walkies then it may have damaged the pickup in the genny housing. This is the trigger that tells the CDI to fire.
Does this look damaged at all?
As @Mightyman says, you want to see if it's sparking. Taking the plug out and earthing it against the frame whilst kicking the bike will show if it's sparking.
There really isn't much to these engines, so the damage is unlikely to be catastrophic, unless you have smashed the crankcases.

@Mightyman said in I was stupid... need help.:
Did you make sure the woodruff key was still in the crank? The little metal cube that holds the magneto / flywheel in place? Are you getting any spark?
Yes i found the woodruff, (half circle metal piece that goes in the slot right?)
I'm gonna check spark tonight. i changed plug but never tought of looking.

Is there a way to test the pick up?
And i know we all make silly mistake, been getting this motorcycle ready to pass safety for the last 3-4 month (slowly i know..)
All i'm missing now is to get it running again and a new/fixed rear axle.

@pelplouffe Well start by seeing if it's sparking. That'll be half the indicator.

I think i found my issue,
the Woodruff was there, just broke in half... gonna order a new one on monday.

So i installed the woddruff yesterday, , push the thing inside the garage, kick it a few time and... nothing...
So i took out the park plug (Getting new one today) and it spark when i kick it, so at that point i figure its either the plug or the carb that didnt like to sit outside for the last month or so.
can anything be wrong with the sparking system if it spark? i dont see no timing adjustement.
-
@pelplouffe Yeah you can get some really weird stuff. Intermittent spark. This can be because of the side stand switch. If the spark is regular, anf there is compression, then it's the fueling system.

i dont think i have a side stand switch. bike was stripped down and used as a field bike. run great unitl the magneto went flying the other day.
I just pick up the new spark plug, will check the carb tonight (10am here)

@pelplouffe I know when you delete the side stand switch you need to loop it out, otherwise it'll have intermittent spark issues.
Not saying that this is you problem here, just one to be mindful of.
