always thought that dt/wr200 reedcages was the same as dt125r but after some googlin im a bit confused 🤔

    what will drop straight in my 125r , a dt/wr200 boyesen RAD-valve ? blaster 200 vforce reedcage or a boyesen RAD-valve ?

and what about petals for the stock cage ? boyesen has been my favorite in other bikes , but there seems to be some mismatch/mixup in which productnumber will fit :face_with_raised_eyebrow: some sites say 666 (boyesens site) 125others say both666 and 715 , even found some listing 654 as fitting (wr200) :goblin:

    can someone plz enlighten me

Not aware of any reed blocks being a direct fit. I think the blasters can be made to fit if you don't mind modifying the inlet manifold.

That said, the reed blocks on these bikes are not the restrictive part of the engine, so people don't tend to modify them.

Exhaust, CDI, carb, air box head and barrel are all good places to start.

@Calum said in reeds confusion ??:

Exhaust, CDI, carb, air box head and barrel are all good places to start.

have been over most of it : full DEP exhaust , ports cleaned up no messing with timing , head with "normal" combustionchamber , snorkel trown away and hole enlarged and carb jetted up to suit , stock european CDI/YPVS

well if modifying manifold means filing mounting holes slight oval , then its a mod i can live with 🙂

what i really wanted to hear was that a wr200 or a blaster RAD-valve would drop in with no problems :grinning_cat_face_with_smiling_eyes: but looks like i must stick to just getting some new petals as the current unknown carbonthings (hytech maybe) in now are a little fuzzy on the edges

        thanks for ur help
