This is a reupload of the diagram used to raise, or lower, the height of your ride.
Increasing the distance between the two holes lowers the ride
Reducing the distance between the two holes hightens the rideI suggest increasing, or reducing, the the distance by 5mm increments to see how you get on.
The diagram has had the ride raised already to accomodate somebody who is 6"X. If your bike is too Small then try these for size.
