Bigger Radiator?

@HOTSHOT-III premix
Yes, I had to fabricate up some brackets for relays and what not.

Decent quality parts in general are getting rarer and more so even costlier. I’d be only to happy to see and support a British company produce aftermarket parts especially if they provide the option to get twin rads so I don’t have to pay £££’s for 2nd hand bits from Greece etc
-
@HOTSHOT-III keep me updated if you don’t mind in response from the shop, I’m going to be running twin rads from the 200r / or either buy a set from another bike in aluminium and modify the brackets to suit the new radiator how ever if this company can produce these radiators then I’d be very Intrested in getting a original set remade

@Calum Lanza or DT200R/WR200 rads are a possibility as long as I can find somewhere to put 2T oil.
Perhaps a later DTRe oil tank and coolant expansion tank?
I've thought everything you say,the easier and low cost way,is DT200R right rad and going premix,left rad you keep yours,you will just have caps on both sides. The oil tank from the later DT's is good option but you need to change the side panels If you have an early DT. For the DT200R right rad you need only to remove a small bracket from the oil tank frame and fits like a glove.
Temp's running here in Greece is 65-70c in cruising and 95-100c in mountain trails and very hard use on low speeds, with thermostat in place. -

@Calum
At what temp your thermostat start's to open?My at 60 and is full open at 80,I don't remember if its a DT125 or from a TZR.
Also the head gasket of the kit is has passages for a single rad,I made a custom one that fits the dual rads.@Stevie-Wonder
The bottom metal pipe that connects the 2 rads can be modded to become a DT200R.Generic rad hoses from cars can be used.
My temp is from a Trailtech VapoX and the sensor is modded and installed in the place that goes the factory one. -
Thanks for all the responses guys, I've been corresponding more with the company as you can see! They've proposed doing a CAD drawing of the original rad and working from there, they make radiators for lots of late model MX bikes so they seem to know what they're doing.
As you can see my favoured direction is a deeper-than-stock single rad to retain the autolube tank on the 125 (this would also allow retention of the tubular steel radiator guard which most MX bikes don't have) but if they can do this there's no reason why they can't make some DT200R/Lanza sets as well for those who want to go the twin rad route.
