Power valve clearance

I had my cylinder rebored and put the power valve back in but it looks like it sticks out further than the cylinder wall and could be hit by the piston. Whats the best way to reduce the size of the valve ?

A rotary tool of some sort. Can be had very cheap and are useful for all sorts. Dremel is the widely used brand though. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dremel-3000-15-Multitool-130-Accessories/dp/B0078LENZC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1470160467&sr=8-3&keywords=rotary+tool

@LJK_hunter You'll need to file the power valve down mate! There's a few guides on YouTube it's really easy to do. Definitely don't use the bike until you've taken care of the power valve as the piston could hit it once it's heated up.
