Hi new here, I own a gilera sc 125 same engine as dt 125, I'm about too fit a clutch too my bike, question is what is the torque setting for the clutch springs

Just remember, if you're doing the clutch, then steel plates must be balanced appropriately.

IIRC it's an M5 bolt, so no more than 12Nm and do them up slowly in a star pattern. It's only going into ally so it's easy to strip the threads.
@Calum Good shout re balancing the steel plates, just had a look in my Yamaha service manual and the clutch spring bolt tightening torque is 6Nm.
@Michaelashbrook Good time to invest in a 1/4" drive torque wrench if you don't already have one, these have become a lot cheaper in the last few years as so many things on bicycles now have torque settings: https://planetx.co.uk/products/jobsworth-pro-torque-wrench-set
