But these issues shouldn't occur with a DT. However they may send different parts in the kit anyway when you tell them what bike you have.Speedo works like a bicycle with a magnet, rev counter is just a wire that wraps around your spark plug cable and magically works, and the temp gauge will either be a bolt that goes into the top of your rad, a copper clip that sits inside the fins of the radiator, OR a block that sits inline with the hoses for the coolant loop.
Wiring up the dash lights is the lengthy bit if you choose to order that particular kit, as you must know what wires operate which lights.
