Hello guys I have grabbed myself a dtr 125 2001 runs great and cheap insurance but now I need some info please guys ,can anyone give me a link to some new levers that will fit this bike I would prefer some stubby/short levers so have lots of clearance to be able to put my polis sport hand guards on but I’m struggling to find some

@declan have you ever had to remove spray paint?,if so what would you say would be best a paint stripper or sanding?

Im located in south yorkshire declan, as for the plastics where they havent sprayed underneath ,they look pretty good you can see they were all black before.
Been looking on the internet for plastics but all i can find is used ones or the odd panel new ,I did come across a guy in portugal that sells full sets for £130.

i was just testing the water as they say,i may keep it respray the plastics as i have a spare mint condition black frame i also have a spare engine and a few fairings laying around .
I was thinking maybe put my money into 1 bike rather than 2 but the white and orange runs amazing and has zero rust apart from on the discs and a few bolts, never re sprayed farings before but these would need sanding or something before spraying but i have seen videos on youtube where ppl have been using a aerosol paint stripper where after applying they just wash off with water hose and plastics look ok

thanks,going to pick up my next purchase tommorow ,was stolen recovered so has v5 but is now off road only as they stripped the bike but has had all black plastics replaced now and a engine rebuild.

cyber is that vinyl carbon fibre decals on your bike ,if so could you link me where they are from please.
