DT125R FORUM

Hi everyone, I am from Sri Lanka. I bought a DT125R a couple of months back as my first bike. I must say it is pretty fun to ride! It is a Japanese Domestic Market Model with chassis number starting with 3FW-025XXX (I believe its a 1991 model - please correct me if I'm wrong). It has seen considerable use before I bought it. However, it is still in reasonable shape and all the important bits are still there in working order. I'm planning to do a complete restoration. Here it is:

@irongamer727 well, tap water has minerals in it which will be deposited inside the coolant jackets as time goes. This can affect the cooling. Also iron parts may catch rust as well. You may have to flush your cooling system more frequently compared to using distilled water.
