Sorry for not updating this thread but I was too busy riding haha
The seal change worked a treat but has flagged up a spark issue where I think the ht or wiring is earthing to frame intermittently
Could be ht or stand switch etc as its cutting out for a split second and then backfiring when the spark comes back 😞

On a serious note though (last post also serious mind) I'd send that thing back. It's clearly been sat in his toilet for the last year or so. If it's going anywhere near your engine you want bits that aren't half dead from the get go 🙅

Bit strange like that sometimes,had the same thing with my car insurance by putting my Missus on as a learner actually lowered the price,go figure haha

Yh but 19 years is a bit excessive to stay on L plates haha
