do any of you guys have any tips for removing the crappy yamaha screws that hold the engine together, dont know why yam didnt use allen bolts!

@gilera-sc you can get impact drivers that you hit with an hammer and it turns them loose they are really good and should be cheap they are your best bet but if they’re rounded a old flat head and a hammer and hit them so they rotate left and that works too but only as a last resort

A lot of the time the problem is caused by not having the right tipped screwdriver. They're not Pozidrive or Phillips they're actually something called JIS (Japanese industrial standard) I think that's why so many get rounded off.
But yeah get them out with an impact driver and replace with stainless capheads
