    Yes, if the engine hasn't been run, then the servo will only sweep one way. Then when the engines running, the powervalve moves. Then if you turn the engine on and off, it'll do the full cycle again.

      @Calum I will get a video as it looks like it wants to keep pull the one way even when the valve is fully opened....

        I had this when my CDI went faulty.

        Could be that you haven't adjusted it appropriately, or the cables are the wrong way around.

        Disconnect the cables from the valve then do it. Does it still do it,.

            I had this when my CDI went faulty.
