Big problem with servo

Hello ! Recently my rectifier get faulty, and it burtnt 3 wire servo with him....changed rectifier, servo cdi ignition, but servo still doesnt work! Does cleaning cycle, but doesnt work when engine is running! Tested servo together with new cdi on other 3bm dt 125 it works on that but not on my dt. Tested all wires all good! What could be the problem? Rectifier? Ignition coil ? In black/yellow there is voltage ....

@atraiss Are you running a battery?
From experience, the YPVS doesn't like running directly from the generator.
@calum Yes... i m running battery..... i have spend so much money, and cant find whats wrong.!
Okay cdi and servo works perfectly on another bike.... that black/yellow wire is giving more voltage then need, thats why servo always stays open...... i m thinking so... what could affect it? from what i know there should be some diode burnt out.... but where? -

@calum Yes battery is completly healthy, and also i tried another one that stays in my quad

@calum Its 1993 dt 125 r .... i found only 1 fuse near the battery, and its in good condition.... checked with multimeter, also tested all ignition wires.... theres got contack everywhere...
@atraiss bike runs good, without any problem.... just that servo motor.... before rectifier get faulty, everything worked perfectly..... didnt notice that rectifier is burnt ..... put another servo motor also worked for 10 min, then burnt out. then noticed that theres too much voltage going out from generator, got the rectifier, got new servo...not working, changed the cdi, ignition, still no working

@atraiss Ah okay, yeah I see.
Well there really isn't much in the way of this.
You can run the engine without the output of the Stator, just the pickup is required. But it could have damaged the CDI if that's the case.
The servo will respond to the "pickup" sensor. Are you sure that this is in working order/

@atraiss What do you need me to be more specific on?
The "stator" plate is the coil of windings that the magneto spins around that generators an Alternating Current (AC). This is not stable and therefore is rectified. The motorcycle doesn't need the generator/stator to operate, it just won't be able to replenish lost electrical charge.
So to ensure it's not the stator causing interference, you could delete the stator from your setup.
But I also wonder whether the coil pickups have not been damaged.

If the CDI & servo motor are good it has to be your wiring loom, or other component...
There is no magic sentence that anyone can write that will fix it. You’ll have to check voltage and continuance on the working bike (with and without your servo & CDI) and check your loom against it. See what wires are giving different readings...Hope this helps...

@atraiss I suspect there's a wire somewhere that burnt up sad thing is it can be anywhere in the loom wrap atleast thats what I would suspect

@declan found it! The + wire coming out of battery, got almost broke.... There were contact, but not so great... Repaired it , and everything works perfectly

@calum but there contact, and power was going though, because the servo did the cleaning cycle when ignition is turned on.... But seems no enough to work fully
