bent handle bars

hi im looking for some advise came off my bike last week on the ice was only going slow only damage was handel bars are slightly bent and folks twisted in yokes have sorted the folks and now wheel is running straight to the handle bars but looking for new set of bars and not sure what to buy as they all have diffrent bends in them looking at the rentha chart anybody know whats best or closest to standard as really unsure many thanks neil
