      Hi, can someone please confirm which head light bulb is correct for a 2002 DT125R, as a H4 doesn't seem to fit my bike?

      Cheers

        @Bluestoesonnose DTR's use a weird bulb in the headlight, which are quite hard to get hold of, as not many places stock em sadly. It is a H4 but they have a P45T bayonet fitting. You can order a direct replacement from someone like Wemoto;

        Or you can upgrade to a P45T super white Xenon bulb like I did and you will get a more powerful brighter headlight;

          Cheers, I'll see if I can hunt one down, my headlight is doing odd things and I want to eliminate stuff

            @Bluestoesonnose Some peeps have expressed concerns about using a higher wattage bulb, as it may put some extra strain on the rectifer (Charging unit?), but I experienced no problems when running them

              Cheers,
              I've got a headlight issue and I need to know things are correct before I go off my gord trying to figure it out.

              I'll keep it all standard for now as I only plan to use the bike to commute in the city during the winter.

                @Bluestoesonnose Wise call - A stock bulb would ensure that you can track down any problems you have, without changing anything else or maybe adding anymore to the mix for-sure. :thumbs_up_medium-light_skin_tone:
