Awaiting Projects

@NINJA So the property is £195995, but the mortgage repayments are really reasonable. I was worried that projects would have to take a back seat. But after going through the finances, I'm no longer worried. It's more a case that I can't do anymore where I am. So I am well excited to have my very own garage

@Calum That sounds like a good deal, plus you will have the freedom of being the 'Owner' and nobody to tell you what you can and cannot do. Having your own 'Mancave' and a space to operate in is priceless, however it will soon get filled up, but at least you will have the pleasure of having your own workshop. Exciting times lay ahead for you my friend, just keep the misses out!!! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_closed_eyes: :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_cold_sweat: :face_with_tears_of_joy: :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_winking_eye: :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_closed_eyes:

@NINJA Yeah I'll dwell there. Live is...well. I genuinely spend 90% of my time working, so I won't really be there too much. It's more the garage I'm excited about.
DAMN dude, all work and no play makes for a dull life. And it's no good being the richest man in the graveyard!!!
