    Are older and newer pump parts interchangable? Has anyone fit new pump to old dt?

      I don't think they are. I could be mistaken.

      All the internals are the same, I'd imagine the output shafts the same too.

      Go to Fowlers website, check the part number for the oil pump output shaft. If they're the same, then it would fit. Whether the ratios are correct....

        They are different, new one is larger I think, have a brand new one on the shelf and will not fit older bikes
