My bike currently has a 3mb cylinder with 3bn head.. im told the 3bn head is restrictive?? Will i see a gain from fitting a 3mb head? Thanks

Yes, although 3MB heads are getting hard to come by now, so having the 3BN derestricted would be the cheaper option.
