Yea look awesome but is it any good

Never heard of them before. No one goes to that much trouble to make a POS though. How much do they retail for?…

@old-boy-racer Welding looks ace, nice shape chamber. Looks like a short baffle cone which could mean the power drops off sharply after peak HP revs (in theory this is why the DEP expansion chamber revs out more than the Tecno). Try and get onto the manufacturer's website and ask them what kind of power the system is designed to produce (everyone just hits translate so don't worry whereabouts in the world they are). DEP is a top-end pipe and the Tecno is more of a mid-range pipe so if the Pedmoto is eye-wateringly expensive you could be better off just getting both of the others and swapping them for different types of riding (the Tecno works well with a DEP silencer and pulls strongly from about 5k; it's also pretty solid making it a good choice for off-road use where you need a good spread of power).
@Calum a carbon can option would be good but the alloy looks pretty classy as well TBH, I'd be happy with that on my bike.
@old-boy-racer Like most aftermarket exhausts, this pipe combo doesn't appear to make much provision for using the OEM joint rubber which IMO is the best available and lasts years. With my DEP/Tecno pipes I always used to get around this by measuring the OD of the pipes where they join, then multiplying by 3.142 to get the circumference and cutting out a section of 2mm alloy this size +/-2mm by about 50mm. Form it into a tube using a similar-sized socket etc. and secure around the pipe using a jubilee clip and exhaust sealing paste. You can fine-tune the fit of the stock rubber if necessary by unscrewing the ends of the garter spring, cutting a few mm off the female end and screwing it back together to make the rubber grip the tube tighter (people used to do this in the days of leaky crap fork seals on Maico 490s etc.).

I just use RTV silicon sealant to join the pipe now. It’s the mutts nuts and doesn’t crack or dry out. I’ve used it on the manifold of a Big (number!) 1 and it didn’t seem to notice the heat! …
As long as the expansion chamber isn’t restricted or baffled it should be ok. Matching a pipe to whatever state of tune you have, or have not is such an arcane science. If you truly understand it you should be building your own pipes!…
£270 for a stainless pipe with the workmanship and finish that one in the pic has is a bargain! I would probably of gotten one over the HR pipe if I’d known about them…
Edit: I meant maybe would of gotten one! …

Cheers gentlemen on your thought’s well I will let you know what they are like because I have just bought one fingers crossed it’s not been a waste of time and money

@old-boy-racer Definitely interested in seeing/hearing this. So do post up your results.
It looks like a decent bit of kit.

I will start with what a lovely exhaust fitted perfectly both upper and front lower brackets lined up with no need for any tweaking and the welding is lovely even though I am not a fan of the look of the tail pipe it to has been made to a very high standard. The joint between the front and rear pipes is a nice snug fit with no need for any sealant. The first thing you realise with it fitted is its sound you could be mistaken to think it a YZ and not a DT because I have fitted a zeeltronic to the bike I have altered the jetting 27.5 pilot 210 on the main which allows the bike to be much easier to start when the bike has cooled down a bit but not needing choke but when it was cold with the DEP on it was a bit to rich on bottom end this pipe has cleaned that right up. Performance has changed significantly smoother acceleration up to about 7 grand then it flattens off until it gets to just over 8 and then it just goes and accelerates hard up to about 9 and a half and holding on to its power much easier all in all great pipe well worth what I paid for it such a shame that they are no longer made just need to get the zeel tweaked as I am running the safe map at the mo
