You been through the carb at all? I’ve had similar running with water in the carb.
What condition is the plug in after running?
Is the exhaust manifold gasket tight? No oily mess around it?
Is the radiator level good? No loss?I’ve had slight missing at low revs due to a CDI. It started, ticked over and ran. Just not right. It’s rare though, they usually fail. Could be the stator as well, even the magnetic pickup.
What year is your bike?Sorry I’m a bit disjointed with my questions. My mind runs 20 to the dozen sometimes …

You both got the same year/model CDI units? There are loads of different ones…

@watersbarry20 That's exactly the sound of my engine running before my electrical system failed at the loom, stator,ht coil
and continuously fouled spark plugs.
