Not impressed so far paid for the items over a week n half ago now and no communications at all from them despite several attempts to contact them very poor service and every body seems to rate them why

I've not bought from them directly, normally through 'The Tuning Works' or Yamaha Spa Cheltenham or Jap4Performance. I'll be getting my next one from 'Mad Bike Designers'.

They're not based in the UK, so if you're purchasing from them directly then I imagine logistics and Brexit imports take time.

Not on though that they haven't gotten back to you, should have plain sailing communications that's a basic necessity!

Yea it’s not the shipping expected a minimum of two weeks but no communications at all that’s not a great service In my eyes mmmmm see what happens next week

Just had a heads up from Borut this morning he did apologise for not letting me know on recent emails that there is probably a 6 week waiting list from order date
