@Calum Thanks bud - And it would be rude not to get an MX, then you'll have a Sports 122 and a SuMo 122. Plus there's only about 200 left in the UK now!!! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_closed_eyes: :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Fork Refurb Time;
I noticed an oil leak on one of my USD forks, so I decided to replace the oil & dust seals. I also took the opportunity to refill the forks with some thicker oil, as I like my forks a bit stiffer. Judging by the state of the seals I removed this was a prudent service.
I bought some sexy Ariette seals with upgraded XNBR material. Longer lasting and better performance for less than OEM units, so it was a no brainer really.

I decided to do a test between 20W and 30W oil, to see which one I preferred;
Marzocchi / Aprilia MX 125 Fork Oil Test-1 SF 30W
Marzocchi / Aprilia MX 125 Fork Oil Test-2 SF 20W
The 30W took more force to compress the forks and the rebound was slightly slower, which is what you would expect. The compression & rebound with the 20W was noticeably quicker and I felt that the forks would recover better over bumps and during braking. So I decided to stick with the 20W, as I felt that would give a smoother ride overall. Only time will tell once I have gotten the bike back on the road though. :winking_face: :winking_face: :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

@Calum Good to hear that it's finally seeing some action! Have you still got your GoPro? If yes you should take some footage and more importantly have a friend film you, so we can all see your beastie in action!!! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_winking_eye: :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :motorcycle: :dashing_away:
