@admiral323 just an update on this issue incase it helps anybody else.i spliced the red wire from the ignitech into the brown coming from the ignition and have never had a problem again

not sure about the dt 200 but ive just ordered 3mm id clear tube for my dt 125r

changed the battery thinking it was that but its done the same to the new so think it must be drawing power some how.
im thinking of running the wire up to the ignition and splicing it into the brown wire.think that should cut the power to it from the ignition.does that sound right?

the ignitech has an extra wire to supply the power.

has anyone wired an ignitech cdi direct to your battery?.my one seems to be draining it.
if i wire it to the ignition which wire would i splice into.its a 6 wire ignition and im guessing red or brown or is there another switched source i can tap into.

Anybody know if the wr 125 supermoto wheels will fit a dtr?has anybody did this

Can anybody tell me the stock size pilot jet for a 1998 dt125r.the carb is a mikuni tm28ss.manual is only giving me the sizes for vm26ss

one of your clutch plates should be narrower than the others.fit this plate and ring second

hi,ive managed to pick up a 3mb p 00 head and barrel.its supposed to have came off a tzr belgrada but ive no proof of this.im guessing the barrel is fine to put on my dt 4dl engine but not sure about the head.i would upload photos but its telling me they are too large.the only markings on the head is a small p on the side.can anybody tell me if i can use the head with this barrel or can i only use my 3mb 00 head

hi all.went to change the gearbox oil today and it had water in it (creamy oil) would it be the water seal and if so how big a job.thanks in advance

so just got the bike running again and i was pulled over by the local constabulary because when i was breaking (they were behind me) and indicating the brake light was trying to flash as well.i thanked them very much and rode home.dident really believe them i thought they were just trying to be funny but its true i tried it once i got home.any clues/pointers as to why.

had the time today to open the gear box cover.turns out the problem is a broken return spring.
my next question is how do i get to it?
