Can anyone offer any advice

My bike revs fine in neutral but when riding it's really slow, I have power valve constantly open, it's slow to 6500 rpm then splutters up to 7000rpm, then pulls well until 7500 then splutters like mad, any help would be appreciated as I am out of ideas

@Minia I don't know what it is of late, but I feel like we're getting really really vague questions being asked.
Minia is not wrong, but wow, can't really expect us to diagnose a fault off a sentence.
Someone might, but I'm much more of a "Give me the bike I'll do it" kinda guy.
There could be so many reasons as to why your bike is going wrong.
Air leaks usually cause high uncontrollable idling. Actually, in my experience, when you have an air leak, when you ride the bike, the biggest air leak, aka the carb, takes over.
Your problem could be down to any number of reasons. The fact it happens when you're riding, tells me that under load a problem occurs.
This could be, fuel, restricted air, too much air, ignition, worn engine, or misrouted cabling.
The list goes on and on.
You have to start with the basics, is it a fueling issue. Put fresh fuel in it.
Is it a carb issue, restrict the air box (does it improve?) Too much air, is it worse (not enough fuel) if nothing then the problem lies else where.IS it an electrical fault. The coil, spark plug HT lead, pickup, or perhaps CDI is going faulty.
If you've gone through all those and it's none of them, then have a look at the engine. is the engine making good compression, is it time for a rebuild?
As I say, one sentence is not really helpful as you have not given us any context. Did the bike work? What did you do when the last time it was working.
If you can't be bothered to flesh out the problem, then you can't expect someone like me to impart all my knowledge and experience. Ultimately, we're not paid to help people. If the bike is broken and you can't fix it, then pay someone to do it for you.
Sorry if I sound frustrated, but I feel we've been getting this a lot lately. And then I spend time/energy thinking how to fix someones bike and it turns out they left the choke on, or something equally trivial.

Sounds like an air leak to me if I'm honest, have a look around your inlet and outlet and airbox. See if you can spot any cracks or holes.
