    Had anyone ever shortened a dep silencer down a few inches to increase the sound?

      Yeah use to be really common back in the day.

      I detest noisy machines.

      It adds not performance so why bother.

        I had to cut
        the end Can ( hardest part is putting the end cap back on )
        Use the off cut over the top of your now short pipe as a template to drill the new holes

          Just thinking don't just cut straight through the whole thing as the baffle tube inside needs to be an inch or two longer to fit into the end cap of I remember correct
