Is there any blockade??

This is my cdi, and can somebady tell me for what year this cdi is used

89~90 is a non servo fixed power valve. Your bike is probably restricted.
You can still find servo motors (3 wire only) that can be fitted if you want to unrestrict it.

That’s just showing your rev counter. Your power valve servo is above the barrel on the gear lever side of the engine...
