89~90 is a non servo fixed power valve. Your bike is probably restricted.
You can still find servo motors (3 wire only) that can be fitted if you want to unrestrict it. -

That’s just showing your rev counter. Your power valve servo is above the barrel on the gear lever side of the engine...
