Hard Starting, need help.

So i have this DT125r that i have rebuilt from the frame up. The bike seems to run fine. however before it never used to start without some easy start and once it had been started and warmed up a little bit it would then start up fine without easy start.
I've taken the carb off and cleaned it out many times and the guy i bought it from had just rebuilt it with new gaskets. I noticed the mixture screw was wrong so i replaced that and it now starts up without easy start but it takes about 10-15 kicks and is prone to bogging when full throttling from low RPM.
I've tried adjust the throttle needle, I've checked spark. The float height seems to be correct even though i do not have a very accurate way of measuring it. Anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated
Once it has been started once, it will then start first kick. Im just trying to get it so it starts easier the first time around.

@kylescave Just to confirm, you've got the choke on.
My DT NEVER started without choke. Once it was warm it was fine, but always needed choke. I now run a different carb and it's not an issue.

@kylescave Have you checked the compression / psi of the top end ? When the piston gets warm it expands which could explain why it starts easier once you've had it running

@calum Yes i've tried with the choke on. So ive turned the mixture screw down to half a turn and it now seems to start in about 3 kicks. I'm pretty sure its a mixtures issue, too much fuel or oil I would say. But the Carb settings seem to be right and match factory settings.

@rollzy101 Yes I checked the compression, it has about 110 - 120 Psi. So it seems solid to me.

Depending on your bike the mixture is anything from 1/4 turn to 1 & 1/2 or more...
Choke no throttle, always...
