@markus-w in the head stock is a number pressed on the frame it's 4dk-006706
And there is a number in the cylinder block wich may be the engine number and its 3mb00 -
Don’t want the cylinder barrel/block. You want the number above the front sprocket, just below/behind the carburettor…

@SpookDog there is a raised surface between the carb and the suspension spring its the same as the frame number
Yeah, it should be if it’s a numbers matching, righteous bike
Has this bike ever been registered in the UK before? If it has I’d contact the DVLC and ask them. Or maybe try their website? If it’s not UK registered there are hoops you have to jump through that I know nothing about…
Someone here will know though…

@SpookDog my relatives bought it in switzerland from a neighbour in 2006 i think and they imported it here in kosovo its should of been registered in swiss but by many chances we are the 2nd owners of the bike and that makes me think its a model that was exported to swiss

@SpookDog im looking if i can derestrict it somehow thats why im looking to find the year model
-
@SpookDog idk what the servo one is but it does have a pwer valve conected to the cylinder with 2 cables , can you explain what the servo is
-
Electric motor that the two cables come out of. Makes a noise when you turn the key.
If you count how many wires the servo connector has you can date the bike… -
@SpookDog are you saying the 2 cables that go from the power valve upwards to a black thing with wires?

@erion
More questions! Does your bike rev freely above 7000RPM? Does it have a standard exhaust, or an aftermarket one?… -
@SpookDog the cable for the rev metter is broken i need to buy a new one as fir the exhaust it has a standard one with akrapović muffler or idk what its called in the end
-
@erion it is 1994. My 1999 DT125R french import says exactly that on the v5. But on Yamaha database it says RE. It's not electric start, I believe the E means it's a European model which were different in a few ways.

@markus-w yeah as that guy said i checked it the servo has 3 wires so it means it should be 1985 to 1995 maybe its a 93 or 94
