Reusable or not?

The bushing visible on the pictures needs to be reused in my Athena kit. However, the previous owner did, for some unknown reason, drill a hole in it.. Sorry for incredibly bad image quality.. The hole is not compromising the o-ring "track". So, can I reuse this piece of metal? Or, should I order i brand new one?
