    So I put my rad cap from the dt on my 250 and it leaked out the rad over flow so I switched back to the other one and it’s fine I don’t know why it wasn’t on a warm engine it was cold but If you revved it would come out faster both caps seem identical only the dt one tells the temp any explanation to this?

    @Calum they really are the dt stock cap is the exact same as the 250 only difference is there’s a sticker on the top from a shop called mad cat I think

    @declan As already stated it's most likely the pressure rating OR It's not sealing properly for some reason???

    @NINJA I don’t see why the seal wouldn’t work because it works on the dt but I guess it must be the the pressure

    @declan Maybe the flange around the top of the filling hole is slightly different bud? Which would cause a non-airtight seal and therefore a loss in pressure and thus a creating a leak??? :confounded_face:
