HI Calum I thought this site had gone down , I dont have the DT any more it wasnt getting used so sold it on , last I heard it went back to the guy that bought it new and he is doing a rebuild of it taking it back to original apart from the deristrict mod that he had done that had been done well it was sweet I some times wish I had kept it but it was just not getting used , I still have the ST1100 but that too has not been used much over the last year with a house down size to a old gadgies bungalow the house was getting too much for both the wife and I then a couple of weeks after moving in here I went in for a rebuild they fitted me up with a new ball joint in the right hip bendy bit it took me a bit of time to get over that but am gettng there now but as I was getting better there was the job of laying 2x2 concrete slabs and a shed to build to put the bike in which is all done now so now it is time to get the old girl MoT'd ( no the ST not the wife ) and get it back on the road I desperatly need to get bum on seat and get some milage in ( 73 years young now time is racing by ) talking of racing I no longer do the Marshalling too old and fell out with some of the top brass in the ACU but we wont go there too complicated for on here , I only dropped on here while clearing out a old laptop for the great grand daughter to use for her school work I will have to log in on my new lap top and keep an eye on you all the best for now

Ed aca Steady Eddy@Steady-Eddy Eddy! Great to hear from you
There was a forum outage a wee while ago. Down but never out.Sorry to hear about the ball joint, these things happen. But a fresh new one should see you for a while.
Sad about the DT, but there is plenty life in you yet, you could always get another one. Perhaps a doer uper to give some joy back into the world.
That sucks about the marshaling, everything happens for a reason though.
How's the new home? Happy with it. Was it difficult to downsize?
Wishing you all the best
Calum
