Gutted! Finally found a set of forks complete with yokes and spindle on fleabay for a decent price £50 + 20 postage! And the bloke ‘won’t receive bids or offers’ from me! Meaning I can’t ‘buy it now’ even! 🤨

I messaged him before, he’s not sure why I’m on the banned list, but is gonna look into it. I don’t have any clue as to what I might of done to deserve ‘banishment’

I’ve never sold anything. Never thought about it before either. I had to go and look at my profile to find it. You press on your name banner at the top of ‘my eBay’ to find it...Mine was 205 not a few hunnies...
PS edit. I remember seeing those kinda things about feedback, but not for a real long time...

I’ve got the pipe now, progressive springs with genuine seals and top & bottom bushes, new tyres and tubes, spare swing arm (old one with grease nipples both sides!) to be powder coated and renovated with seals bushes and bearings. Bottom end casings to be powder coated along with side cases. Adjustable 200 rear shock...
I finally find a set of forks & yokes at a realistic price, so I can get the powder coating all done together and I’m a fuckin pariah!! 🤨

I’ve found the best way with building is to do what you’re doing now, make lists, organise and compile parts then decommission the bike for a bit then work your way front to back or back to front.
I’m also expecting a full review of that pipe! No one has really said about the characteristics of it, they always just say “yer mate it’s good”. My stock pipes looking a little worse for wear lately so I want to get one.

I’ve just discovered that the chain I’ve been using since January has a roller missing on one end of the chain! On inspection I noticed that there was a lot of wear on the rear sprocket in a short time, also that there was a —-/—-/—-/ slight judder in 1st gear where the chain was gripping the top of the sprocket. I’m gonna remove the offending link and readjust the tension. It makes a lot of difference to performance when the chain doesn’t run easy and smooth.

I’ve just discovered that the chain I’ve been using since January has a roller missing on one end of the chain! On inspection I noticed that there was a lot of wear on the rear sprocket in a short time, also that there was a —-/—-/—-/ slight judder in 1st gear where the chain was gripping the top of the sprocket. I’m gonna remove the offending link and readjust the tension. It makes a lot of difference to performance when the chain doesn’t run easy and smooth.

Rear sprockets are beyond my ability to find for sale, other than standard 57 tooth ones...
